My name is Stormy Henry. I’m a licensed practical nurse, and I hold an associate degree in General Studies from Nicholls State University.

Even with my medical background, my true passion is energy work.

As a Reiki and energy practitioner, my approach is supportive and nurturing. I focus on helping you reconnect with balance and wellbeing instead of fighting your body.

I use a variety of methods to help support alignment, relaxation, and energetic harmony.

Shadow Work, What It Is and How I Help:

I also love helping people work through their shadow.

Shadow work is the process of exploring the parts of yourself you were taught to hide, suppress, or judge. This can include fears, triggers, patterns, old wounds, and the stories you carry about who you are and what you deserve.

It is not about shaming yourself. It is about understanding yourself, reclaiming your power, and making choices from awareness instead of autopilot.

I consider myself a shadow worker, a chaos witch, an energy worker, a nurse, and a Tarot enthusiast.

Translation: I can hold space for the deep stuff while still keeping it grounded, safe, and real.

Training + Certifications:

I am a Reiki practitioner (Level 2) and certified in Tarot. I also hold certifications in Crystal Healing (Level 2), Alchemy, Elemental Healing, Oracle and Spirit Channel, Manifestation Guide, and Soul Shift through Sage Goddess.

Moldavite is often known for intense transformation, rapid personal growth, and clearing what is no longer aligned.

Many people associate it with big shifts, awakening, and truth pushing you toward your next level. It can feel powerful and fast moving, so I always recommend grounding practices and going slow if you are new to its energy.
